Non Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund unless they are defective or incorrect upon delivery:

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item so we can review your request.

If your claim is approved, we will arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days using the original payment method, where applicable. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error, such as an incorrect or damaged item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

If the return is requested for any other reason, the customer is responsible for any applicable return shipping costs.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped.
